New Instagram posts are not appearing

Instagram posts refresh automatically about every 12 hours. A recent post can take until the next sync to appear unless an earlier refresh is requested.

Check the last sync

Open InstaFeedStory's Home page and look beside Your widgets. The last synced time tells you whether the app has checked Instagram since the post was published.

The storefront displays up to 12 posts. Open the widget's Content > Posts area if a new post is missing while older content appears. A pinned or hidden arrangement can affect which 12 posts fill the widget.

Request a refresh

Select Request a refresh in Your widgets. The support chat opens with a prepared request for an earlier post sync.

A successful refresh request starts background work. Check again after a few minutes. Videos can need additional processing after their post is discovered.

Refreshing the storefront page repeatedly does not restart the Instagram sync and does not make media processing finish faster.

When to contact support

Contact support if the last sync remains old, media is blank or broken, or the same post is missing after a completed refresh. Tell the team the Instagram username and the approximate time the post was published. Do not send your Instagram password.
