Contact support with a technical issue
The chat bubble inside InstaFeedStory connects your message to the Shopify store already open in the app. You normally do not need to repeat the store URL or account email.

Describe the current issue
Tell us which widget or app page is affected, which storefront page you are checking, what happens now, and what you expected to happen.
Mention the steps you already tried, such as saving the theme block, requesting a post refresh, refreshing stories, or reconnecting Instagram. This helps the team continue from your last useful step instead of repeating it.
If something worked before and changed after an update, say that clearly. A request to restore earlier behavior is different from a new design request.
Keep credentials private
Do not send Shopify passwords, Instagram passwords, API keys, access tokens, recovery codes, payment card details, or theme code secrets in chat.
If your storefront is password protected and a developer needs to open it, support will ask only for the storefront access password at the appropriate time.
For billing questions
Include the charge date, amount, and plan name shown by Shopify. Refund requests require a human review, and the team cannot promise approval before checking the subscription.
After a refresh starts
A post refresh or media process runs in the background. Wait a few minutes before reporting that it did not work. If the same problem remains, reply in the same conversation so the team keeps the full context together.
