Choose, pin, reorder, or hide posts

Your widget follows your newest Instagram posts automatically. You can pin important posts in specific positions or hide posts that do not fit the storefront.

Arrange visible posts

1. Open Home > Your widgets > Edit.
2. Select Content, then select Posts.
3. Drag a post to the position where you want it to stay.
4. Repeat for any other posts that need a fixed position.
5. Select Save.

Only posts you move or pin hold their position. The remaining spaces continue following your latest Instagram posts, which keeps the feed fresh without losing your chosen anchors.

Hide a post

Use the hide action on a post that should not appear in the widget. Hidden posts remain on Instagram. They are removed only from this storefront widget.

Open the Hidden tab to review hidden posts. Use the show action to return a post to the feed.

Understand the 12 post limit

Storefront layouts display up to 12 posts. Pinned posts use part of that visible set, while the remaining positions are filled with the latest posts that are not hidden.

Each additional widget can have its own post choices. Hiding a post in one widget does not require hiding it from every widget.
