Refresh, reorder, or hide stories and highlights

Use Media > Stories when you want to pull current story content from Instagram or control the order and visibility of downloaded items.

Refresh from Instagram

Select Refresh from Instagram to fetch the latest stories and highlights. The refresh runs in the background, so new content can take a few minutes to appear.

Post refreshes and story refreshes are separate. Requesting a feed refresh from Home does not refresh stories or highlights.

Reorder highlights

Choose Highlights under Show on your store. Drag the highlight rows into the order shoppers should see, then save the changes.

Select a highlight to view the individual stories inside it. The right side shows the synced photo or video items for that highlight.

Hide content

Use the visibility checkbox beside a highlight or story to remove it from the storefront without deleting it from Instagram. Save after changing visibility.

Delete and redownload

Use Delete all & redownload only after a normal refresh has failed. This removes the downloaded story and highlight data before fetching it again.

The app asks for confirmation because unsaved ordering, visibility, links, or product choices can be lost. Try the regular refresh first, and contact support if the redownload also fails.
