Understand the Free plan visit limit

Free access includes up to 1,000 tracked store visits. When that limit is reached without an eligible paid or legacy plan, the storefront feed pauses and the app directs you to Billing.

The reset behavior can differ for some older accounts, so treat the number shown inside your Billing page as the source for your store.

What counts as a visit

The app tracks storefront requests that load the Instagram widget. Normal customer traffic, repeated page loads, theme development, and storefront testing can all contribute to the total.

Restore the feed

  1. Open InstaFeedStory from Shopify admin.
  2. Open Billing.
  3. Review Sell and Growth.
  4. Choose a plan and billing cycle.
  5. Approve the subscription through Shopify.

Sell and Growth include unlimited store visits. The widget can return after the approved plan becomes active.

Do not repeatedly reinstall the app or edit the theme block to work around a visit limit. The block can be installed correctly while the feed is intentionally paused by plan access.

If the app shows a visit limit while Billing already shows an active Sell, Growth, or eligible legacy subscription, contact support so the team can review the store's plan state.
