Manage email preferences

The Settings page controls optional email updates for people connected to the Shopify store. Each owner, collaborator, or staff identity can have its own preferences.

Choose the right person

1. Open InstaFeedStory's Home page.
2. Select Settings.
3. Choose yourself under Who are you?.
4. Review the email choices shown for your identity.

The app remembers the selected person in that browser. Choosing yourself helps prevent one staff member from changing another person's optional emails.

Change email categories

Turn on the categories you want to receive and turn off the optional categories you do not need. Use Receive email updates to pause or resume optional updates together.

Select Save in the save bar at the top after making changes. Closing the page before saving keeps the earlier preferences.

Billing and Instagram connection alerts remain enabled because they can affect the store's subscription or storefront feed. Pausing optional email does not disable those essential notices.

If no person appears in Settings yet, the app may not have sent its first email for that store. Return later or contact support if the store owner details remain unavailable.
